Most programmes include: school/course placement, host family or residence accommodation, meals (full or half board), airport transfers, travel insurance, local coordinator support, 24/7 emergency assistance, and programme-specific extras like activities, excursions, and certificates. All host families go through a rigorous vetting process. In Ireland, families are Garda-vetted (police checked). We personally visit and interview families, check references, and ensure their homes meet our standards. We only work with families who genuinely want to welcome students into their homes.

Every destination has a local coordinator who is the first point of contact for students and host families. We also provide 24/7 emergency support — if there's ever an issue, day or night, we're just a phone call away. Our team stays in regular contact throughout the programme.

Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is included in all our programmes. This covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and more. We'll provide you with full policy details before departure.

While rare, we take any concerns seriously. Our local coordinator will meet with both the student and family to understand the situation. If needed, we can arrange a transfer to a different host family. Our priority is always the student's wellbeing and comfort.
