I. Personal Documentation

Valid Passport

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

Student Visa (if required)

Check the visa requirements for your destination country. You may need to apply at the relevant embassy or consulate.

International Health Insurance

Insurance must cover medical expenses, hospitalisation, and repatriation. It should ideally include accident and civil liability coverage.

II. Academic Documentation

Academic Transcripts

Present the last two years of approved studies. In some cases, transcripts must be translated and legalised.

Letter of Recommendation

At least one letter from a teacher or headteacher confirming the student's academic performance and conduct.

Motivation Letter

A letter written by the student explaining their reasons for studying abroad and their goals.

Language Proficiency Certificate

Some countries and institutions require certification proving language proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, DELF, DELE).

III. Financial Requirements

Proof of Financial Means

A declaration from parents or legal guardians demonstrating the financial capacity to cover all expenses (tuition, accommodation, transport, etc.).

Tuition & Administrative Fees

Foreign educational institutions typically require advance payment of tuition and administrative fees. Verify specific costs with your chosen institution.

IV. Health Requirements

Complete Medical Examination

A general and specific health certificate (if required by the destination country), including up-to-date vaccination records.

Compulsory Vaccinations

Comply with the vaccination requirements of your destination country. Some vaccinations may be mandatory for entry.

V. Additional Requirements

Depending on the programme, you may also need:

Personal or Online Interview

Some programmes require an interview to assess the student's motivation and aptitude.

Parental/Guardian Authorisation Form

Official authorisation signed by parents or legal guardians permitting participation in the programme.

Rules & Regulations Acceptance Contract

Some programmes require signing a contract agreeing to comply with programme and host country regulations.

VI. Personal & Cultural Preparation

To ensure a smooth transition:

Cultural & Linguistic Preparation Course

We recommend (and in some cases require) a cultural and linguistic preparation course before arrival in the destination country.

Cultural Norms & Etiquette Orientation

Information about the customs and cultural norms of the host country to facilitate integration and avoid cultural misunderstandings.

We're here to help! Our team will guide you through every requirement and ensure you're fully prepared.
